Chicken Salad

I could eat this everyday! YUMEEE 3 thin chicken breasts 2 tbsp tarragon salt pepper 1/4 cup Hellman's mayo 2 tbsp dijonaise 4 mini carrots 1/4 Craisons season chicken with salt pepper and tarragon cook chicken on the George Foreman Grill or bake the chicken cut chicken into small chunks cut carrots into small rounds mix all ingredients I served the salad in whole wheat pita bread. Enjoy!! YUMEEE Dawn
